Contact IXIASOFT Support for troubleshooting

If an error occurs when installing the Web Author and you cannot solve the issue, you need to contact IXIASOFT Support and send logs that will help identify the issue.

This document describes the steps to perform before contacting IXIASOFT Support for Web Author installation issues.

There are three main steps involved in sending IXIASOFT Support the logs required to solve the issue:

  1. Determine the platform of the browser on the client.
  2. Turn on the Java console in the browser.
  3. Delete existing logs and capture new ones on the server.
